Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships in the regions of Nordrhein-Westfalen, East Germany, Rheiland-Phlaz, Baden Wuttemberg und Hessen
- Acquire new customers and identify market potentials.
- Conduct product presentations and sales negotiations.
- Develop customized offers and finalize deals.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Service.
- Regularly report sales activities and results to the Sales Management.
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed commercial education, ideally in the field of Sales/Marketing.
- Several years of experience in sales, preferably in the bag industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Independent, structured work style with a strong goal orientation.
- Willingness to travel within the mentioned regions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, and ideally experience with CRM systems.
- Fluent in German (spoken and written), English language skills are a plus.
